Artist of the Week: VANIC

DJ-Producer and Vancouver native Jesse Hughes, better known by his artist name VANIC, signed a global record deal with Disruptor Records, a subsidiary of Sony Music Entertainment. Stylistically in the future bass realm, you can hear a combination of pop harmonies, syrupy vocals, and future synth in his many viral releases highlighting K.Flay, Zella Day, Major Lazer, and most recently Coleman Hell.

Listed on the Coachella 2016 lineup, he will be performing both weekends. In September he will be found at Rowdytown 5, a two day festival held in Red Rock's Amphitheater in Colorado hosted by Big Gigantic. In February he wrapped up Adventure Club's Made in Canada tour where he was a special guest, which was synced with his North American tour Road to Coachella, that ended in March.
